Evri tracking statuses explained

Not sure what your latest update means? Here's what the most common Evri tracking statuses tell you about where your parcel is and what happens next.

Label created / pre-shipment
Evri has the shipment details but hasn't physically scanned the parcel yet. It usually picks up and gets its first scan within a day.
In transit
Your parcel is moving between Evri sorting hubs and depots. This is the longest stage and can show the same update for a day or two between scans — that's normal.
Out for delivery
The parcel is loaded on the Evri delivery vehicle and is due to arrive today. Keep an eye out for a delivery window if Evri provides one.
Delivered
Evri has marked the parcel as delivered. If you can't see it, check around your door, with neighbours and household members, and allow a few hours, as the scan can post slightly early.
Available for pickup
The parcel is waiting at a Evri access point, locker or local office for you to collect — usually with ID or a collection code.
Exception / delivery attempted
Something interrupted delivery — nobody available, an address problem, or weather. Evri normally retries on the next working day or leaves collection instructions.
Customs / held
On international shipments the parcel is clearing customs or is held pending duties or paperwork. This can add several days and is outside Evri's direct control.

Why is my Evri parcel delayed or not updating?

Evri tracking only refreshes when the parcel is physically scanned, so it's normal for the status to sit unchanged for a day or two between facilities — especially over weekends, holidays and busy sale periods. A Evri parcel that looks “stuck in transit” is usually still moving; the next scan simply hasn't happened yet.

Common reasons for a Evri delay include high shipping volume, weather or transport disruptions, an incomplete or incorrect address, a missed delivery attempt, or customs clearance on international orders. If your Evri tracking hasn't updated for more than about five working days, or the estimated delivery date has clearly passed, contact Evri — or the seller you ordered from — with your tracking number to open an inquiry.

Evri tracking — FAQ

Can I track my Evri parcel internationally?

Yes. International Evri shipments are tracked the same way — enter your number above. Once a parcel leaves the origin country, updates can be less frequent and may pause during customs clearance before scans resume in the destination country.

Evri says delivered but I haven't received it — what should I do?

First check around your property, with neighbours and any household members, and allow a few hours in case the scan posted early. If it's still missing, contact Evri (or the seller) to open an inquiry — keep your tracking number handy.

Can I change or redirect my Evri delivery?

Many Evri services let you redirect, reschedule or leave delivery instructions from their official tracking page or app, often once the parcel is out for its first scan. Options vary by service and country — look for “manage delivery” on the Evri page we open for you.

How long does Evri delivery take?

It depends on the service and destination. Your estimated delivery date appears on Evri's official tracking page once the parcel gets its first scan.

What do Evri tracking statuses mean?

Common statuses are “label created”, “in transit”, “out for delivery” and “delivered”. “In transit” means it's moving between facilities; “out for delivery” means it's on the vehicle for delivery today.

Why is my Evri package not updating or stuck?

Tracking updates only at each scan, so it can pause for a day or two between facilities, in transit, or during customs on international shipments. If it hasn't moved for several days, contact Evri.

Can I track a Evri package without a tracking number?

Usually not — a tracking number from your receipt or shipping-confirmation email is required. Some carriers also let you track by reference once you're signed in to their own account.

Is the Evri tracker free?

Yes — completely free with no sign-up. We simply open Evri's official tracking page with your number filled in.

Is this the official Evri website?

No. RunFreeTools is a free tool that recognises your tracking number and sends you to Evri's official tracking page, where the live status comes straight from Evri.

Does Evri tracking work on mobile?

Yes — it works in any browser on phones, tablets and desktops, with nothing to install.
