Text copied from a PDF or print layout often carries a hard line break at the end of every visual line, so pasted paragraphs read as a broken column. Use the Breaks to spaces mode to rejoin those fragments into flowing sentences. It swaps each newline for a single space and collapses doubled spaces, so quoted research or articles paste cleanly into your document.
Flatten a list into one line
Some fields refuse newlines: a single-line form input, a spreadsheet cell, a CSV value, or a search box that treats Enter as submit. Paste your stacked, multi-line text and choose Remove breaks to delete every newline and join everything end to end. The result is one continuous string you can drop straight into that field without it splitting across rows.
Strip extra blank lines between paragraphs
