14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Premium and aren't satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@runfreetools.com and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings, no lengthy forms.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't automatically pro-rate partial months after the 14-day window, but if something went wrong, reach out — we're reasonable.

What isn't refundable

• Renewals after the first 14 days (cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge).
• Accounts suspended for abuse or violations of our Terms.

Credits

Credits are a usage allowance, not stored funds, and have no cash value. Unused monthly credits don't roll over. Your free starter credits are a one-time allowance.

How to request a refund

Email hello@runfreetools.com with the email address on your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and our payment processor.
