How long until my tracking number shows updates?
A number usually goes live within a few hours to a day after the shipping label is created, once the carrier first scans the parcel. If it shows "not found" right after you get it, wait a while and check again.
Can I track international parcels?
Yes. We cover international carriers like DHL, Aramex and India Post. For cross-border parcels, tracking often hands off between the origin and destination postal services, so the carrier page may switch part-way through the journey.
What if my package hasn't moved in days?
Scans can pause over weekends, while a parcel clears customs, or in transit between sorting hubs. Open the carrier's page for the latest scan; if it's stuck well beyond the delivery estimate, contact the courier or the sender.
